Irish make six changes to their starting line-up following last Sunday's 30-3 humiliation at Bath.

Adrian Jarvis comes in at fly-half while Clarke Dermody and David Paice are drafted into the front row with Steven Shingler, Alex Corbisiero and James Buckland dropping to the bench.

Jonathan Spratt comes in at outside centre, Alex Gray at No. 8 and Matt Garvey at second row with Bryn Evans switching to the back row, in place of the injured Joe Ansbro (back), Richard Thorpe (arm) and Declan Danaher (hand).

Sale are on something of a roll and strengthen their pack with Ireland prop Tony Buckley and Scotland flanker Richie Vernon.

Flanker Onosa'i Auva'a is the other newcomer to their starting line-up, while James Gaskell is switched to the second row to accommodate Vernon.
